Annual General Meeting 2015 - 29 August

Notice is hereby given of the 2015 AGM of the Society to be held on Saturday 29 August 2015 at 10am for 10.30am Trinity Presbyterian Church Hall, 22 Newton Drive, Meadowridge  

Please come along early enough to join us for coffee or tea and, maybe, a biscuit or two, before the meeting begins at 10.30.

After having dealt with the serious business of the day, there’s an invitation to join us for an informal lunch at the Bay Restaurant where you’ll be able to meet and greet old and new members and enjoy a really superb meal at prices that definitely won’t break the bank. There are large TV screens strategically placed so if there is a ‘game on’ you can watch in comfort – and shout, or groan, depending on what’s happening with ‘your’ team or sports. Don’t forget to let us know if you’re coming so we can let The Bay know what area to set aside for us – we’ve booked but they will arrange seating for the final numbers that we tell them.
